The phone rang. You were on the job. They called someone else.
I set up missed-call text-back and online booking for trade shops around Royersford. Your phone gets answered when you can't answer it.

Not your numbers? Adjust the details
Rough math, on purpose — it uses your numbers, not industry averages. Tell me your real call volume and I'll do it properly, free.
Two ways this usually starts.
You know exactly what's broken.
A specific leak you've put your finger on. I build the fix.
You know you're losing jobs, but not where.
I sit with how calls actually come in for an hour, then tell you which leak is biggest and what it's worth plugging.
Three things. Flat prices. Pick one.
You don't need a platform. You need the two or three leaks plugged. Start with one, add the next when the first one has paid for itself.
One booked job, or your money back
If the system doesn't recover at least one booked job in the first 60 days, I refund the build. Not a credit — your money back. One job. That's the whole bar.
Missed-call recovery
Every call you don't answer gets an automatic text inside a minute. You get a notification with their name and what they need, so you call back knowing the job before you dial.
Complete intake system
Online request form — with photo upload if you price by volume — then you send a number, the customer picks their own slot, and confirmations and reminders go out on their own. Includes missed-call recovery and an automatic review request after every job.
Crew & dispatch add-on
For three trucks or more. Jobs land assigned to a crew, everybody gets a run sheet in the morning, nobody gets double-booked.
The monthly tools are yours and they're cheap — $0 to $35, billed to you, on accounts in your name. I don't mark them up and I don't hold the login. If we stop working together, everything keeps running.
Four steps, and two of them are just me working.
One guy. That's the point.
I'm David Sergas, out of Royersford. WhoYa comes from a question I've been asking people for years — who ya helping? — which turned out to be the whole job description.
I do the building myself. There's no account manager, no call center, no ticket queue. I work with a handful of shops at a time on purpose, so nothing ends up half-finished.
Most of my work comes from someone you already know. If a name got you here, mention it — it'll move you to the front of the line.
Before you call, the honest answers.
I already pay for Jobber or Housecall Pro — doesn't that do this?
Sometimes, yes. Both have missed-call text-back and online booking built in. What they don't do on their own is configure it, write the messages, connect it to how your specific shop actually quotes and dispatches, or turn it on at all — most shops I've looked at have the feature sitting there switched off. If you're already paying for one of these, tell me on the call. Sometimes the honest answer is I tune what you've already got instead of selling you something new.
How much does it cost?
Three flat packages: missed-call recovery at $1,200, a complete intake system at $2,400, and a crew & dispatch add-on at $3,500–$4,500 for three trucks or more. We talk for 30 minutes, I send one page with a flat number and a date, and it's a yes-or-no from there — no follow-up campaign, no surprise line items.
Am I locked in?
No. The accounts are yours, in your name, from day one. If we stop working together you keep every tool exactly as it was built. I don't hold logins and I don't put anything behind a subscription you can't cancel.
Tell me how many calls you miss.
I'll tell you what it's costing you before you spend a dollar. Takes about ten minutes on the phone.
