Who we are
This policy covers WhoYa Solutions, operated by David Sergas, based in Royersford, PA. It applies to this website and to information collected through the contact form on it. It does not cover the systems WhoYa Solutions builds for a client's own customers — those run under that client's own accounts and their own policies.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:
- Your first name and the name of your business
- Your mobile number and email address
- What you told us is costing you the most right now
- Whether you opted in to transactional and/or promotional text messages, and when
This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics. The only visit data collected is Vercel's built-in, privacy-preserving traffic analytics, which does not identify individual visitors.
How we use your information
We use what you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiry by phone, text, or email
- Send the text messages you specifically opted in to receive (see our SMS Terms)
- Keep a record of your consent, as required for text messaging compliance
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messaging
If you opted in to receive texts, your consent, the type of consent given, and the date and time you gave it are recorded with your submission. Full program details — message frequency, rates, and how to opt out — are in our SMS Terms.
Scheduling
Our booking page uses Cal.com to let you pick a time. When you book, the information you enter there (name, email, and anything else Cal.com's form asks for) is collected directly by Cal.com, under their own privacy policy — not by us.
How long we keep this information
We keep contact and consent records for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to demonstrate compliance with text messaging rules, and delete them on request except where we're required to keep consent records for compliance purposes.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out immediately
- Reply HELP to any text for assistance
- Email or call to ask what information we have about you, or to have it deleted
Children's privacy
This site and its services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
