Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or engaging WhoYa Solutions for services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the services.
What we do
WhoYa Solutions is a one-person consultancy that sets up missed-call text-back and online booking systems for small trade businesses. We build on your own accounts, using your own tools — we don't operate a platform you log into.
How an engagement works
- We talk for about 30 minutes about how calls come in now and where they get dropped.
- We send one page: a flat price, what you get, and a completion date.
- You say yes or no. There's no follow-up sales process.
- If yes, we build it on your accounts. You approve every customer-facing message before it goes live.
Pricing
Current flat-rate packages (see current pricing for the up-to-date list):
- Missed-call recovery — $1,200
- Complete intake system — $2,400
- Crew & dispatch add-on — $3,500–$4,500
Ongoing monthly tools used by the system you own (texting, scheduling, etc.) are billed directly to you, on accounts in your name, typically $0–$35/month depending on your usage. We don't mark these up.
Our guarantee
If the system doesn't recover at least one booked job within 60 days of going live, we refund the build cost. Not a credit — a refund.
Ownership
Every account and tool we set up is created in your name, on your billing. If we stop working together for any reason, you keep everything exactly as it was built.
Support
The first 90 days of support are included in the build price. After that, ongoing support is available at $149/month, cancel anytime — it is never a condition of keeping the tools you already own.
Your responsibilities
You'll need to give us access to the accounts involved (or create new ones), respond to message approval requests in a reasonable time, and let us know promptly if something looks wrong.
Limitation of liability
We build and configure the tools; we don't guarantee any specific volume of calls, bookings, or revenue beyond the one-job guarantee above. To the extent allowed by law, WhoYa Solutions isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the systems we build.
Termination
Either of us can end an engagement at any time. You keep the accounts and tools already built.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
